Our organically crafted Tarragon Hydrosol, also called Estragon Hydrosol, is steam distilled from the rich, green leaves of Artemisia dracunculus herb growing wild in the fields and hillsides of France. The hydrosol has a sweet, almost anise-like, slightly spicy that can mask the most unpleasant odours.

Botanically known as Artemisia dracunculus, where the Latin word Dracunculus means 'Little Dragon'. Tarragon, indeed the 'Little Dragon', acts powerfully against a range of illnesses and this may be the reason behind this plant being called as the 'King of Herbs' in France. Tarragon and other medicinally classified herbs, for many centuries known as 'Dragon Herbs', have said to possess the ability to cure the bites and stings of venomous beasts and mad dogs.

Tarragon Hydrosol is helpful to ease painful muscle spasms, especially those relating to the colon and digestive system. This hydrosol also helps soothe a spastic cough and other general muscle spasms that might occur in the body.

Estragon Hydrosol also has sedative properties and helps with sleep support. The hydrosol can be used as an all-natural deodorant to ward off unwanted smell. Furthermore, it exhibits anti-bacterial properties to eliminate microbes that cause body odor, especially underarm odor. Tarragon Hydrosol is an excellent source of antioxidants, which are crucial in fighting free radicals and reverse the oxidative damage brought by oxidative processes.

Emotionally and energetically, Tarragon (Estragon) Hydrosol protects and calms. It can help strengthen the mind and spirit and promote a sense of calm, especially if one is dealing with shock from a particularly intense situation or event.
